Each student and student organization that will be funded must submit a form W-9 to get them registered into the Banner vendor table that allows payment to be made.  The W-9 and conference registration receipts should be emailed to sga@louisiana.edu at the time of Compliance Form submission.

Organizations that do not follow the requirements stated in the SGA bylaws will be placed on a probationary period of two semesters, not including summer semesters. During this time, they will not be able to receive any SGA funding.

The Student Government Association provides a supplemental fund voucher program for graduate students who deplete their PaperCut account. This program began and was implemented during the 2013-2014 Academic Year as one of the college projects from the members of the SGA College of Graduate School Delegation.

Your account is your individual account which keeps track of your printing allowance for each semester. Once a graduate student reaches $0.00, they will be able to fill out the online form to apply for a voucher that will add more funds to their account. Each voucher is worth $10.00 (100 pages of printing) and each student is allowed a maximum 2 per semester. There are only 50 vouchers available for the semester, so be sure to claim yours as soon as you run out!

Please attach/submit proof of the $0.00 balance with this online form.
